*Draping, tables and chairs are available for rent from the State Fair Center. (These fees are forwarded on to us from the SFC.) You may add these fees on to your vendor contract.

Draping: The typical set up is 6’ in the back wall and 3’ on each side. If you wish to have a different set up please specify on this contract.

All vendor fees must be paid in full before May 1st, 2021 or you will not be listed in the event program!!

Release of Liability - North Dakota Horse Expo 2021

The Vendor, by signing this release, expressly assumes all risks associated with, resulting from or arising in connection with the Vendor’s presence or participation at the North Dakota Horse Expo (NDHE), including without limitations, to all risks of theft, loss, damage, or injury to the person (including death), property, business, or out of acts or failure to act as a Vendor or his representatives at the expo.

North Dakota Horse Expo (NDHE) and North Dakota Equine Association (NDEA) it’s volunteers and committee members shall not be held responsible for, and shall be excused from, non-delivery of the location if non-delivery is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of god, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions, or revolutions, or any other similar cause beyond the reasonable control of NDHE. If the NDHE is unable to hold theexpo for any reason stated in this paragraph, NDHE will NOT reimburse the vendor for rental fees paid here under.COVID19 pandemic affects on this event will be followed by state regulations. If regulations force the event to be cancelled, vendors will be reimbursed their deposit.

North Dakota Horse Expo recommends that the vendor carry fire and liability insurance covering trade shows and fairs which insures their goods and exhibits against damage and loss or personal injury.  Should the vendor choose not to carry insurance, they waive any and all responsibility from NDHE its committee and any other associates and accept all risks involved.

Vendor, please check to ensure all information is complete before submitting:

1. Contract has been signed, dated and original mailed.
2. Payment has been enclosed. 
3. Rules and Regulations of vendor contract have been thoroughly read and understood. 

All vendors agree to Vendor Rules and Regulations and to terms as outlined in this Vendor Contract and release of Liability.
