~ Connecting with the Horse's Mind ~

Learn to speak the unspoken language of horses. There are different ways to connect with horses and understanding their mind can improve your horsemanship journey. Friday at 11:30am - 12:30pm in the Round-pen.

~ Understanding the Signal before the Signal ~

Watch Phil with his riding horse and explain how to read the signal the horse gives before they give it. He will demonstrate the horse's ability to show you what they are thinking. Sunday at 11:30am - 12:30pm in Arena 2.

Ride Along Workshops

~ Foundations of Horsemanship ~

A workshop for all skill levels to improve on general horsemanship. A strong foundation creates a strong rider and horse. Friday at 1:30pm - 3pm in the All-Seasons Arena.

~ Controlling Speed & Direction ~

This is designed towards experienced riders who want to improve their communication towards speed and body direction. We will have a hot heels available to drag and work on rating when roping as well during this workshop. Friday at 3:30pm - 5pm in All-Seasons Arena.

~ Roping for Beginners ~

A workshop on foot in the Kid's Korral, we will be using the Smarty Chute donated by Korral Supply. Learn the very basics of beginners roping like building and swinging a loop. Saturday at 10am - 10:30am in the Kid's Korral.

~ Speed Events for Beginners ~

Learn the basics into speed events such as barrel racing and pole bending. Proper body control and communication with your horse. Saturday at 3pm - 4:30pm in Arena 2.

~ Roping For Beginners ~
